Digital Support service helping people access the justice systems they need

Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in partnership with We Are Digital is providing a FREE dedicated digital support service, to people who may be digitally excluded. This includes those who are not confident with filling out online forms or may not be able to access online services.

We are looking for community and advice centres to help us provide paid support and communicate the services on offer.

Working with our partner centres

We are looking for community and advice centres to register their interest to communicate and provide support on the services on offer and for each completed outcome in the process (e.g. a completed form is submitted) centres will get paid a fee.

Through our collaboration with delivery centres, we hope to ensure that we are able to contact the hard-to-reach, vulnerable or digitally excluded people that may not have the confidence or capability to access online services.

Community and Advice Centre Benefits

  • You will receive extensive training on all aspects of the Digital Service.
  • You will have access to the We Are Digital centralised applicant tracking online system.
  • For each outcome during the process there will be a payment to centres which they will receive for the digital support provided. All people must be registered into the We Are Digital applicant tracking system, for centres to be eligible for each payment.
  • You will receive full marketing assets for your centre, promotional materials, website landing page, communications support and more to help you refer people into the program.
  • People who already use your centre can access this scheme where you will be paid for their participation with this service.
  • New revenue stream if you don’t do this type of activity already.
  • Better utilisation of staff time where they may not be used full-time for other projects.
  • You can provide complete wraparound community service support, from legal advice (if that’s what you usually provide) to supportive work with helping filling out the online forms needed.
  • Feedback and involvement in a very important part of the HMCTS / MoJ Reform Programme, to play your part.
